Process & Services
My process begins by identifying the driving question born out of a business problem. From there, I gather the information necessary to understand the question from different angles, which can mean talking with consumers, exploring cultural shifts, digging into Reddit threads, analyzing innovation trends—whatever the project calls for. While amassing a diverse array of inputs, I’m consciously patterning in search of the most relevant and stimulating truths or tensions that will open up rich pathways for brands.
